Cancellation Policy - Locations

We understand that there are times where emergencies or obligations for family or work may arise. However, failing to call and reschedule or cancel your appointment denies other clients the ability to book their own appointment, due to a seemingly reserved position. Therefore, cancellations or rescheduling requests  with less than a 24 hour notice as well as no-shows will be charged 50% of the reserved appointment price to the held credit card on file in accordance to the cancellation policy.

 

Cancellation / Late  Policy - Concierge

We understand that that there are times where emergencies or obligations for family or work may arise. However, failing to call and reschedule or cancel your appointment denies other clients the ability to book their own appointment, due to a seemingly reserved position Therefore, cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice as well as no-shows will be charged 50% of the reserved appointment price to the held credit card on file  in accordance to the cancellation policy. If rescheduled, different fees apply, see below. If a nurse has already been dispatched to the clients location, or if you are not present at the given address within 10 minutes of the nurses arrival, the client will be charged $175 fee to the held card on file.

 

Late Arrivals and Reschedules

We understand that delays may occur. However, we must try to keep clients from delaying subsequent appointments and keep services on time. Therefore, clients who arrive 10 minutes after their scheduled time, will be charged $45 and will have to reschedule their appointment within 7 days. If not scheduled within 7 days, they will be charged the fee applied as a cancellation of 50% of the booked service.
